FMS
A free FMS (Flying Model Simulator). You can download it here.
It's great!
For a complete experience, download the useful SmartPropo Plus too from here. It allows you to connect in your transmitter via the PC sound card, using the mic or line in. I chose Line in. Either way, you will want a lead that goes from your TX to the 3.5mm jack. I cut a trainer lead in half, and put a jack on it.
Spend a few moments setting it up and calibrating - it all comes with instructions.

Phoenix
Retails for £80. Leagues above FMS, both in price and performance. You get what you pay for I guess. Pjoenix supports multiple people on the same flying site via LAN or Internet.
